Well this isn't quite news, but i just found it, and i haven't seen it anywhere else so...

If you go to http://www.tor.com/whats_new.html and check out the very first thing, i think called the 'multimedia bookwrap' or something like that, it will take you to a window that will show six short interviews (more like interview-ettes or something) with Robert Jordan. Don't let the Crossroads of Twilight blurb in the heading fool you, it has little to nothing to do with CoT, beyond the fact that it came out near the same time. Each is only about a minute long, total about six and a half minutes maybe, and they seemed to load up fairly quickly.

If you're a fan of WoT, it's somewhat interesting. Jordan explains mostly his philosophy regarding the books and what he sees them as. I guess. No spoilers, as he doesn't talk about the plot beyond the short piece about Mat, Perrin and Rand that explain their characters more than plot.

In light of CoT, i found the "working towards an ending" segment rather interesting...i think he left the wrong half of the book on the cutting room floor. ;)
