napiform (NAY-puh-form) adjective

Turnip-shaped: round at the top and tapering down sharply at the bottom.

[From Latin napus (turnip) + -form.]

"'Is he upstairs, is that it?' she demanded of the blunted eyes and
napiform head of the elder Thompson."
T. Coraghessan Boyle; Riven Rock; Penguin; 1999.

"He took a napiform bun from the bread basket and, nibbling its nobble,
said ..."
Reginald Hill; Recalled to Life; Dell Publishing; 1993.

ok, I am totally impressed with anyone who knows TC Boyle.
Go YOU! He totally rocks, right? :)

and for the record, I hold with those who favor one word per day. But thats just MHO ;)

bah! :-p psilly chicken
anyway, he's an author. If you ever see it, pick up Decent of Man Stories, it's a collection of short stories by him, it's really... odd. Especially odd, even. Practically downright strange.

inaniloquent
an adjective meaning 'full of idle talk, foolishly babbling'. From Latin words meaning 'inane' and 'to speak'. Other forms include inaniloquous, inaniloquence, and inaniloquation.

I have many inaniloquent friends. How do I know this? Because it take one to know one! HAHAHAHA! Shut down myself! :broken:

Oh gee, I [I]am tired. Gah.

Arianna

Mahogeny does not exist. Mahogany is a type of wood.

Random mahogany'd sentence: I wish my laptop was made of mahogany because it would smell soooo good. Ooh yeah.

Braggadocio - vain and empty boasting

Hop to it, kidlets! :D

We feature handcarved mahogany beds at the hotel I work at.

I think us featuring our beds is a bunch of braggadocio!
