The curry turned out really well, the coconut made it man! I have often added coconut cream or coconut milk to curries, but never dessicated coconut, and I toasted it first, which really was a stroke of inspiration. Also, as luck would have it we had impromptu guests last night, so my curry even got an audience! I love how it's that way in Canberra so often, random lovely people showing up at the door, and I love that my new house is no exception. I did drink too much wine though, and ate an awful lot of chocolate pudding, but it was good pudding... oh! That reminds me, I have to bake, one of the ladies I have worked with for four years is leaving tommorrow. I must make a cake for the morning tea... what am I doing here!!!? *runs home*
