Terry Pratchett has been diagnosed with early onset of a rare form of Alzheimers. He wants everyone to know he's not dead yet and there are still more books to come. Read on, as I'm paraphrasing and of course, he says it all much better than I.

Of all the ailments, Alzheimers terrifies me. I can't imagine being in his shoes. I was never a big fan of his work, but I still hope he could keep writing for as long as I could. I wish him the best.
