ahh yes we did decide that the gods wouldn't really interact with our characters but from what i gather from QT's last war post I was thinking his new god might be a little different. If none of the gods truly interact then that's cool but if any gods do interact I think they should only be the gods we originally created. if you catch my drift so to speak.

heh, I see how you would think that projoe but nah, el shaddai, god of power, is basically the god of those that would hold that the universe is preordained or predestined into a certain path. El shaddai would be the god that does all of that. So ah ... those that would believe in el shaddai would certainly think that god had an active role, but the effect is the same as if there was no god that had an active role (i.e., I wont have El Shaddai burst out of the heavens with fiery swords to smite the mortals or what have you. maybe minor things ... but very limited, kind of like any other magic). Whether or not el shaddai is officially condoned as an actual deity in the war is unimportant, I think.

I think that's cool if you do that i guess but that if we are going to be saying our gods are real then none of them should really be all powerful. no omnimpotent beings that rule all the rest. no oden type or zeus if you will. maybe later or something we can have a war that happened many millinea ago and it was a war of our gods where we had many other gods besides the ones we have now and they battled down to what we have left. meh just an idea for the future perhaps.

    Bottom Line:

I could believe my sock puppet is the master of the universe but believing it doesn't make it so but by the same token it doesn't necessarily make in not so.

Thus Quriky can of course have el shaddai but as to the extent of his influence is basically the same guidelines we put up for the other deities...some power but not really a direct impact per say, pretty much what quriky just said in his previous post.

hehe reading this after all the stuff thats been happening recently is kinda funny...but I think it also needs to be summed up somewhat...or discussed slightly...

    Ummm..

Basically, I said some...SOME!!!...of the deites used to be human...not all. They used to be incredibly powerful wizards, some fought for power, some for peace, some for love, but though they did not die, they were imprisoned ...somehow ....I kinda know how Taranos did, but meh thats for later...

But Alazar layed a trigger in a weapon (the whistle) that would bring him back should he be imprisoned. Little did he know that he wouldn't be the only one imprisoned by the means taken and so, since the whistle has been blown, a few of the others have returned also

Derecko and Taranos for definate...Alazar should be somewhere and I think it was mentioned briefly that Verlet See may return also....~shrugs~

What say you...yeah you with the funny hat on...what say you?
