I need to tell you all the conversation I had with my son last night. I think some of you will appreciate this one

(While I get him in his pyjamas... he can see out the door to the hallway)
"Mummy! I see a monster at the end of the hallway. I am scared"
"There's no monsters Ethan."
"Yes there is. He has a happy face. Like this." (Ethans demonstrates an extreme smiley face)
"Well that doesn't sound scary." (I start laughing a bit)
"He's angry all the time, but has a happy face. Like this" (Ethan continues to demonstrate a mask-like smiley face - quite frankly its terrifying)
"Oh" (I continue to laugh, but my laughter grows a little bit nervous)
Ethan continues... "Also, his head is a balloon, with a happy face drawn on. But he is always angry"
"Okay... Mr Happy Face does sound a little bit scary" (I giggle).
Ethan doesn't seem scared anymore because he enjoys that he has made me laugh. I wonder if I will ever sleep again.

Dear diary, today I considered doing something like setting up a discord server for the Quill. Could bring back text chats or introduce voice chats. But then I wondered if anyone would. Then i wondered if I would. Then I went to bed. The End.

Chat? Good old days... Long time ago I programmed a module myself so we could integrate chat into our little place on the interwebs. Password protected, except it was using dynamic passwords so no one would know their own password, or even that their chat accounts were password protected. No social engineering possible! Ah, Ancient Magic....

ok so I tried to create a Discord account and it said I already had one attached to my email so I thought maybe I forgot I created one??? Had them send me a password update and changed the password and everything is in Portugese and there are friends there who aren't my friends.... Having never had a Discord account before I don't know where the profile settings are so I can switch everything to English and... take over the account??? Weird. Weirder is that the user name is Noxy... you may know I've gone by Nox for even longer than I used nf. Thoughts??
